Jill Chan is licensed to practice in both New York and California. 

She has more than 10 years of experience in business immigration, including but not limited to EB-5 investment immigration (both direct investment and regional centers), EB-1A applicants with Extraordinary Abilities, EB-1C Multinational Managers and Executives, PERM, as well as non-immigrant cases such as E-2 Treaty Investors/Employees, H-1B Specialty Occupation Workers, L-1A Intracompany Transferee Executives and Managers, R-1 Religious Workers, etc. 

She also has extensive knowledge in connection with family-based cases, adjustment of status, and consular processing at the oversea posts. 

Upon joining the Law Offices of Gihan Thomas, Jill represents clients before USCIS Field Offices, Asylum Offices, and before the Immigration Courts.
